Heather's interest in decorating cakes started with her Mom since she always did the "coolest" cakes for the kids' birthday. After taking classes and lots of practicing she realized she had a niche for decorating wedding cakes. Heather has been professionally decorating wedding cakes for 6 years and loves the reaction she receives from her clients.

Heather grew up with her Mom and a sister who has celiac disease and has been diagnosed with it herself 3 years ago so she knows how to cater to those who are in search for a gluten free wedding cake.

Heather grew up in Rialto, California and came to BYU where she met her husband and is currently residing in Springville, Utah with their three adorable children. Soon after graduating in Linguistics from BYU, Heather and her husband lived in Taiwan for a year working at a high school.

Among decorating cakes Heather's other hobbies include swimming, surfing, scuba diving, playing the piano, playing volleyball, and gardening. She loves staying active and has raced in a couple of triathlons.
